At the beginning of January we completed our work on Gasholders (Triplets) in the heart of the King’s Cross redevelopment project.
The first phase of the Gasholders project included the supply and installation of the DPH pedestal system to the 149 private balconies, variable in size from 7 – 15m². Each balcony was curved with odd shaped sides, requiring a solution to accommodate and support the 20mm external porcelain paving.
The second phase of the project included works in the radial area. BC pedestals were installed under pavers utilising the circular tabs to achieve the curve, creating a stunning feature in the atrium.
This unique project was challenging but also highly rewarding for the team who were delighted to be involved in the creation of such an iconic building.
